We assist and guide clients to structure, plan and implement a strategy and marketing plan that will attract capital to the business to enable the current business owners to achieve their vision and goals. This may include an expansion strategy through acquisition or an exit strategy through either an MBO, Trade Sale or stock exchange listing. Rather then pursue a timeless incremental growth strategy our approach is to help clients identify their vision and goals for the firm and then work towards securing the capital and strategy to achieve that vision.
BGS provides a fixed fee service which may include scrip in lieu of certain fees. Our pre-float project plan provides all the necessary steps to achieve a successful listing on the National Stock Exchange. As an NSX advisor, we can provide assistence with listing, compliance and regulatory matters whilst listed.
Our programme provides a comprehensive Business Health Check to help you identify key performance areas that need development or improvement. This workshop may be conducted in isolation if required to help you better understand the road ahead.
